the staff were good (they were helpful, polite, and always smiling). the room, a super beautiful double room, included a big comfy bed. breakfast was nice.

Excellent Service and Beautiful Heritage Feel
free pickup complimentary driver indian breakfast
All communications before we arrived were quick, efficient and detailed. I was grateful for the free pickup from the railway station and a complimentary driver took us into the city that day. Our room was recently renovated and spotlessly CLEAN. Breakfast had a good range of Indian and continental choices.

peaceful place spacious room
The hotel offers a courtyard restaurant. I ate a tasty dinner and unwinded in a very peaceful place. My room included everything I needed and it was spacious. I did sleep very well.
The room had traditional vibe, but there was a very slight damp smell.

expensive snacks sneaky charge
the minibar was a complete rip-off. they charged exorbitant prices for snacks (the kitkat cost four times more than usual!). i felt tricked since there was no clear indication items weren't complimentary. the check-out process was soured by this sneaky charge.
